Chris Styles is a trained research scientist, ecologist, and conservationist whose early work was grounded in systems thinking, pattern recognition, and long-term environmental analysis. He later transitioned into a senior corporate career within retail banking, operating at executive level and working within complex, high-risk decision environments.
This combination of a scientific research discipline alongside real-world corporate responsibility forms the foundation of the IMB. The framework bridges analytical rigour with lived decision-making, allowing abstract patterns to be tested against practical outcomes.
